DESCRIPTION:The Holiday party is Tuesday December 5 at Putter’s on Hwy 99. We have the room from 6-8p and the club is providing pizza\, soda. laser tag\, mini golf and pool!  Pizzas will start arriving about 615p and laser tag starts at 7p.  Laser tag is limited to 20 folks and the signup sheet will be at the desk. Don’t delay if you want to play! \nWe will have our normal raffle with some nice prizes\, and also a special membership renewal raffle with an awesome prize! \nEvery person who renews or joins will be entered in the raffle. Dues for 2024 are only $20 for an individual and $5 for each additional diver in the household. If you can’t attend the party you can still participate in the raffle by dropping a check by the shop in an envelope with your name on it. \nIf you win\, you’ll get to choose one of these prizes! \n                      \nHope to see you there!

DESCRIPTION:The speaker for March’s program is Tom Hemphill who wrote the book “Diving off the Oregon Coast.” Copies will be available at the meeting if you want to buy one. Eugene Skin Divers also has copies for sale. Both Mike and Diana Hollingshead have known Tom for a long time and can attest to the great information this book provides divers with. \nDon’t forget\, there’s also still time to sign up for Fort Casey which is from Thursday March 23rd to Sunday 26th.  Email Cindy if you are interested.  The cost is $85.00 and needs to be paid by March 6th at the meeting (Pay by Check). \nFort Casey is the annual collection of sea animals\, run by  Seattle Pacific University for the Biology Department.  Usually there is diving on the way up and back home.  Night dives are also included\, which are beautiful. \nLearn more about this website as well and what we can do with it.  Doors open at 6:00pm and the meeting starts at 7:00\, at Holiday Inn\, 919 Kruse Way\, Springfield\, OR (Gateway area).
