DESCRIPTION:On October 2\, Colin Ackerman from Aqua Lung will be joining us to talk about new products and technology. Colin has been down before and is an entertaining and knowledgeable speaker. Check out Aqua Lung’s website for product details. \nWe’ll also have a chance for folks to tell us about their recent diving experiences. The club dive at Cape Lookout–organized by Bruce Hansen–was great on both days. There has been lots of local diving activity as well. Come and share your latest dive stories! \nDoors open at 6pm and the meeting starts at 7pm. Come early and  grab a drink and food. Don’t forget to enter the raffle while you’re at it. If you’re new to the club\, you’ll even get a free raffle ticket. Come on out!

SUMMARY:March Club Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The speaker for March’s program is Tom Hemphill who wrote the book “Diving off the Oregon Coast.” Copies will be available at the meeting if you want to buy one. Eugene Skin Divers also has copies for sale. Both Mike and Diana Hollingshead have known Tom for a long time and can attest to the great information this book provides divers with. \nDon’t forget\, there’s also still time to sign up for Fort Casey which is from Thursday March 23rd to Sunday 26th.  Email Cindy if you are interested.  The cost is $85.00 and needs to be paid by March 6th at the meeting (Pay by Check). \nFort Casey is the annual collection of sea animals\, run by  Seattle Pacific University for the Biology Department.  Usually there is diving on the way up and back home.  Night dives are also included\, which are beautiful. \nLearn more about this website as well and what we can do with it.  Doors open at 6:00pm and the meeting starts at 7:00\, at Holiday Inn\, 919 Kruse Way\, Springfield\, OR (Gateway area).
